Shipping & Terms

  • We currently ship within the United States.

    Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. All works are sold unframed and carefully packed to help protect them during transit.

    Please allow 3–5 business days for handling before shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier.

  • Each work is packed with protective materials and rigid support. Watercolor works are shipped flat to help protect the paper surface and prevent bending.

  • Because each original watercolor artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent.

    If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damaged packaging, and clear photos of the damaged artwork.

    Please keep all original packaging materials, as they may be required for the shipping insurance claim.

    If the damage is confirmed, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, this may include a refund or another appropriate solution.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

  • Each work is sold as described on its artwork page. Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

    Master Studies are hand-painted watercolor studies created after historical paintings. They are artist studies and interpretations, not prints, official reproductions, or mechanical copies. 8ridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by any museum, estate, foundation, artist’s estate, rights holder, or institution associated with the referenced historical works.

    Original Watercolors are independent works created from the artist’s own observation, memory, and composition.

    Purchase of an artwork includes the physical artwork only. Copyright, reproduction rights, publishing rights, and commercial image-use rights in the purchased work are not transferred unless agreed in writing.

  • Customer information is used only to process orders, respond to inquiries, and complete shipping. We do not sell customer information or share it except as necessary to provide these services.

    Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.
